The arrangement of a real estate project from design step to its delivery and its operating is for a Project Investor an operation with increasing complexity, related on the lawful context, the technical constraints, the many interfaces and interlocutors and the budgetary requirements.
Generally, the Project Investor hasn’t skills to complete alone a real estate project in full autonomy, or the necessary workload doesn’t make it possible to realize this mission.
Our mission is :
▪ to advise the Project Investor on the programming and the definition of the needs,
▪ to inform the Project Investor of the decisions to take and the identification of the incurred risks,
▪ to facilitate the exchanges with the various interlocutors (Project Investor, Designer-Builder, User,…)
▪ to allow in long term to carry out a project within the time limits and with controlled overall costs (investment - operating).
We offer an assistance widened on the arrangement and the control of operations, with well-knowed skills (administrative, technical, financial) allowing to ensure the follow-up and the success of the project in all steps of progress.
